There's a Steamboat lift ticket + ski rental deal at Liftopia.com

Steamboat never discounts it's lift tickets in full season. It's the only game in town for miles around and they know it.

That adage seems to have changed at least a bit in the past week. There's a discount lift ticket on Liftopia.com that's a pretty good deal if one needs to rent skis. That may be a great option for those who leave their skis at home due to high airline fees.

The Deal:

Get a four-day all-access lift ticket and 4 days of ski rentals for $399. Considering a walk-up daily tickets at Steamboat are $99 for the 2011-12 ski season (high season), this is a pretty good deal. They are basically throwing in a free ski rental.

According to the Liftopia.com website "Lift Tickets are date specific and only valid for the days purchased. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upgrades and lift ticket extensions are unavailable with this special package."

If you can't make the January dates another Steamboat lift ticket deal is happening for February 2012 for $399 or $499 depending upon the dates.

Right now it looks like very few of this packages deals are left.
