  • Mt Ruapehu, New Zealand - 5 days

The Adult pass is $439,  College pass $349, Patriot (military) $339 and Teen $339.  The pass can be bought online or at the Winter Park Guest Services desk in the Balcony House Building.

The pricing goes up $70 on April 15, 2014.  Yeah, that's Tax Day.

The Rocky Mountain Super Pass is also on sale for the same price.  As it is only valid for Winter Park and Copper, it is not currently the best deal to purchase.

These season passes are non-transferrable picture passes.  Everyone will need their own pass.

All passes can currently be purchased on a payment plan.   Put down a $49 down payment and pay the rest in the fall.  There are no promotional codes for buying a RMSP's or any ski season pass in Colorado.  They are already heavily discounted passes.

If you plan on skiing one week in Steamboat, this is your best lift ticket deal for the 2014 2015 season.  Daily tickets at Steamboat are now around $120/day.  This pass price averages around $88/day.

If you don't care about getting discount lift passes at Steamboat, ignore this posting.  Just saying.

2014 2015 Epic Pass now on sale

by G. Kunkel

Get the best deal on Epic Pass right now.   Wait till fall and pay more money.

Vail Resorts now has their Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass, Summit Value Pass, Keystone/A-Basin Pass, Epic 7 Day Pass, and Epic 4 Day Pass available for purchase.  They can be bought online, or by phone.

If one purchases a pass before April 13, 2014,  six Buddy Passes will be loaded onto the pass.

Full payment is not due until fall.  Put a down payment of $49 right now and pay the rest later.

There is no promotional code or discount code to purchase these passes.  They are already discounted passes.   Wait to buy these passes in December and they'll run you $1800.00.

The Epic Pass provides unlimited skiing, snowboarding, and skibiking at all of the Vail Resorts, Inc. managed ski resorts.  All other passes have restrictions.

The passes are picture passes and cannot be sold, transferred to or used by another person.  Each person must have their own pass.  It is considered 'theft of services' in Colorado to use a non-transferable pass by anyone other than the passholder.

Don't be a hillbilly.  Tip a great ski or snowboard lesson.

The 2014 2015 Epic Local College Pass is not listed as an available pass option on the main page.  If you are a full-time student at a four year college one can buy it here.

One note.  Eldora Mountain Resort is not on the 2014 2015 Epic Pass.  They have elected not to be part of it for next season.

If one wants to get the best price on an Epic Pass for next season, now is the time to buy it.  Purchase season pass insurance too.  One never plans to get hurt but without it, you won't get your money back.
